Our services cater to both residential and commercial clients, ensuring that every area, from closets to home offices, is optimized for efficiency and aesthetic appeal. Pricing
No matter how big or small a project, we offer competitive hourly rates and packages to fit all types of budgets
Hourly Rates
~All hourly projects require a 2 hour minimum commitment

Phone consultation:
~Free 15 minute phone call to discuss if we can assist with your project!

Initial in-person consultation fee: $100
~Non-refundable and will be put towards final bill if project is booked
​
Residential Services: $70 per hour
Commercial Services: $80 per hour
​
Digital Space Decluttering: $50 per hour
*This rate is for both on-site and remote work​​
Specialized Services: $120 per hour
*This rate includes 2 organizers as necessary​​
Spruce-up & save
​
Monthly Maintenance Package: $100 flat fee per space to have us come back and spruce up the space that we originally organized.

Quarterly Maintenance Package: $360 flat fee per space to have us come back and spruce up the space that we originally organized.​
​
*All package pricing will incur travel fees if located outside of standard travel distance
Additional Fees
Materials and Supplies:
Costs for additional materials such as storage solutions, moving boxes, and packing supplies, are not included in the standard hourly rate. These expenses will be billed separately based on actual costs incurred.
Mileage and Travel Expenses:
Local Travel: Standard travel within a 25-mile radius of our base location is included in the hourly rate.

Additional Mileage: Travel beyond the 25-mile radius will incur an additional charge of $0.50 per mile.
Tolls and Parking Fees: Any tolls, parking fees, or other travel-related expenses incurred during the service will be billed to the client based on actual costs incurred.

Tax: Please note that sales tax is not included in the listed pricing and will be added to the invoice total.
Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including cash, cash-app (Venmo, Zelle), personal check, and electronic transfers.
​Invoicing: Clients will receive a preliminary invoice, detailing the estimated hours needed to complete the project. 50% of the preliminary bill is due upon receipt of invoice, no later than 3 business days prior to project start date. Once a project has been completed, clients will receive a final invoice, detailing the actual hours worked, materials used, and any additional fees. The final amount (less consultation fee and 50% of preliminary bill) is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
​*Disclaimer: All pricing is subject to change based on the scope of work and specific client needs. An estimate will be provided before starting any project, and any additional costs will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.

*Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the estimated service cost.
